Summary
An intranet to provide a searchable centralised repository of digital marketing assets (logos, images, pdf files).
Description
This project provided capabilities for companies to publish and categorise maketing colleral to an intranet. A keyword search and category browsing interface meant that staff in different departments now had quicker access to the marketing collateral they needed to run marketing campaigns.
This was a multi-client system and we provided an elegant method for developers to isolate custom features for a company without duplicating the existing code base.
Benefits
- Having a centralised search engine for the marketing collateral meant easier distribution and finding of collateral across geographically separated departments.
- The shopping basket facility enabled convenient download of multiple files via a single archive.
