Summary
We developed an intranet-based system to enable an organisation to carry out a health and safety survey.
Description
Overview of the features:
- Staff can be directed to an information page before taking the survey; subsequent visits take them straight to the survey
- Highlighting of survey submissions whose responses triggered a "call to action" alert
- Administration system to maintain lists of staff and survey questions and to view, manage and report on survey submissions

The administrator can set which responses will trigger a call to action.
It is possible to filter submissions by a number of criteria.
